RADWARE LEADS FORRESTER IN PROVIDING ANTI-DDOS SOLUTIONS
Recently, Radware – the solution VNCS is distributing was honored as No. 1 by Gartner for its ability to combat DDos attacks. Denial of service ( DDoS ) attacks are the simplest and most common attack methods in the world. Although it does not cause harm to the data of organizations or individuals, DDoS causes website disruption, causing difficulties for users.
According to the report, DDoS attacks themselves have not changed much since the last Forrester Wave™ report in 2017. However, the DDoS protection market has certainly changed a lot. There are three main trends in the DDoS protection market. First, 75% of people surveyed want to use DDoS protection as a service instead of using the hardware itself. Second, applications have continued to migrate from private data centers into the cloud, shrinking the market for on-premises DDoS solutions to those that offer it as a service.
And lastly, but most importantly, in 2017, most public cloud service providers (CSPs) did not offer DDoS mitigation services for general effect, but now they all do.
